Service Usage
By using Skystechnology hosting services, you agree to use the service only for lawful business, personal, or development purposes. You may not use the service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or any activity that harms our network, systems, or other customers.
Accounts and Billing
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account details and keeping login credentials secure. Hosting plans must be renewed on time to avoid suspension, interruption, or permanent deletion after the inactive retention period.
Content Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for the content, software, databases, and emails hosted in your account. Skystechnology may suspend or remove content that violates law, creates security risks, or breaches these terms.
Support and Availability
We aim to provide stable uptime and timely support, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed in every situation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security actions, third party outages, and force majeure events may affect service access.
Limitation of Liability
Skystechnology is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, data, revenue, or reputation arising from the use of our hosting services. We recommend maintaining your own backups in addition to platform backups.
