Refund Policy

General Refund Window

New shared hosting purchases may be eligible for a refund request within 7 days of the initial order, provided the account has not been used for abuse, mass mailing, or banned activity. Refund requests must be sent from the registered customer email address.

Non-refundable Services

  • Domain registration and domain renewal charges
  • License fees, setup fees, or migration fees already completed
  • Custom server work, dedicated resources, or managed setup services
  • Renewals, upgrades, and promotional or discounted one-time offers unless stated otherwise

Cancellation

Customers should request cancellation before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for past payments outside the approved refund window.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, UPI provider, card network, or payment gateway.
